How to participate?

Consult our current studies and APPLY by filling the form.

A recruiting agent will contact you to discuss about:

  • The main inclusion and exclusion criteria. Your full participation will be confirmed by the investigator on your first visit.
  • The agent will explain to you the study conditions and constraints.
  • If you confirm your participation, an appointment will be set according to your disponibility and the study planning.
  • You will receive a confirmation by SMS.

3. Visit Us

  • Punctuality is crucial for the smooth running of your appointment.
  • You can’t attend your appointment! please inform the recruiting agent as soon as possible.
  • On your first visit, you will be welcome by the technical team.
  • The study protocol will be explained to you in detail and the team will answer all your questions.
  • When you have understood the study you will sign the ICF.
  • The investigator will proceed with an evaluation to validate the study criteria and confirm your participation.

    • If you are Included, the study will start
    • If you are Excluded, the investigator will explain the reason and you will receive a non-inclusion compensation in cash.

  • The next step depends on the type of study you are participating in. A study design depends on our client objective. You may have some clinical evaluation of your skin including chromameter, glossymeter, Corneometer, Visia picture, and many more…
  • The product will be given to you with clear instructions of use together with a daily log to fill.
  • Your next visit will be confirmed at the reception at the end of your appointment.

4. Use the product

  • During the period at home, it is crucial to comply with the study protocol, so your experience as a user will be the most relevant in the study result.
  • Fill your daily log accurately, it can be digital or soft copy.
  • You will need your Unique Subject Identifier Number. If you are not sure what it is, please contact us.

4. Receive a Compensation

  • On your last visit, the technical team will meet you for a last clinical evaluation and needed measurements.
  • You need to bring back your product and daily log.
  • By then your study participation is finished and we will process your compensation via Internet Banking, it may take one to three working days.
